APPLE BREAD PUDDING 
2 1/2 c. thinly sliced apples
1/4 c. honey or 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. nuts
2 1/2 c. scalded milk
2 c. soft bread cubes
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. nuts
1/4 c. molasses
1/8 c. honey or 1/4 c. sugar
Dash of salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. ginger 2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. raisins

Mix together apples, honey or sugar, cinnamon and nuts. Put into a shallow 2 quart baking dish. Mix milk and bread cubes. Add cinnamon, nuts, molasses, honey or sugar, salt, vanilla, ginger, eggs and raisins. Mix together. Pour over the apples. Set the baking pan in a pan of hot water and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Serve warm. Makes 6 servings.
