HAM NOODLE CASSEROLE 
3 oz. noodles
1 can cheese soup
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
2 tbsp. chopped pimento
1 tbsp. parsley
2 c. ground fully cooked ham
3/4 c. crushed crackers
1 tbsp. butter

Cook noodles in boiling water, drain. In large bowl stir in soup, milk, celery, pimento and parsley. Add to noodles and then the ham. Place in casserole, cover with cracker crumbs and butter. Bake uncovered in 375 degrees oven for 30 to 35 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
