MOLDED CHERRY SALAD 
1 pkg. cherry gelatin in 1 c. boiling water
3/4 c. juice from cherries
1/2 c. Royal Ann cherries
1/2 c. crushed pineapple
1 carton cottage cheese

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add cherry juice, chill until partially set. Fold in fruit and cottage cheese. Put in 1 large mold. Serve with whipped cream mixed with salad dressing. Garnish with lettuce.
