OYSTER STEW 
4-6 slices cooked bacon
4-5 potatoes
Salt & pepper to taste
1 sm. onion
12-24 oysters
2 c. milk

Cook bacon and brown onion while cooking bacon. Boil potatoes in water while frying bacon. Drain bacon and potatoes and onions. Put milk on low heat, add 1 to 2 teaspoons plain flour, pour in potatoes and crumbled bacon. Add oysters, let cook on low heat until oysters are done. Serve while hot.
