OVERNIGHT PANCAKES 
6 eggs
4 c. buttermilk
1 c. cream
1/4 c. salad oil
1 pkg. yeast
4 c. flour
2 tbsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. baking soda
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt

Beat eggs. Add milk, cream, oil and yeast; stir together. Add rest of ingredients and stir well. Refrigerate overnight. Will keep several days.
