1 c. soft butter
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

Cream together first 5 ingredients. Add dry ingredients. Drop by teaspoon on baking sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes in 325 degree oven.
