COLESLAW 
1 head cabbage
1 onion
Mayonnaise
1 tbsp. vinegar (add more if a tart taste is desired)
1 bell pepper
1 jar chopped pimientoes
1/4 c. sugar

Shred cabbage thinly with sharp knife. Chop onions and pepper and mix with cabbage. Add pimientoes and sugar and stir. Add vinegar and mix. Just before serving, add mayonnaise in the amount that gives the consistency desired.
