CREAM RHUBARB PIE 
In unbaked pie crust, put about 1 1/2 cups rhubarb, cut up.

FILLING:

1 c. sugar
1 c. cream or rich milk
Butter, size of hickory nut
2 tbsp. flour
Nutmeg, if desired

Stir together and pour over rhubarb and bake until rhubarb is done. Bake at 350 degrees.
