DILL DIP (LOWER FAT) 
1 c. plain non-fat yogurt
1 c. reduced calorie mayonnaise
1 1/3 tsp. seasoned salt
1 1/3 tsp. dill weed
1 tbsp. chopped onion
3 tbsp. dried parsley
Sprinkle of chives

Mix all ingredients. Cover and chill. Best if prepared 24 hours in advance. Use as dip for fresh vegetables.
