1 (7 oz.) vanilla pudding
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 lbs. Oreo cookies

Mix pudding as directed on box. Add Cool Whip, cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy. Crumble Oreo cookies into mix and stir. Put mixture into cake pan and refrigerate until chilled. Serve.
