1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. butter
1 lg. container Cool Whip
2 sm. boxes vanilla instant pudding
3 c. milk
1 pkg. Oreo cookies

Crumble 1/2 of cookies in bottom of pan. Combine cream cheese (soft), butter, sugar and Cool Whip. Combine milk and pudding then mix with other mixture. Pour over layer of cookies and crumble remaining cookies on top. Better made a day ahead.
