COUNTRY CASSEROLE 
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 lb. ground beef
1 chopped green pepper
1 med. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 c. canned tomatoes
1 c. pitted black olives, sliced fine
1/2-1 c. cubed sharp Cheddar cheese
1/4 lb. noodles, cooked until tender
Salt & pepper

Brown meat in oil in heavy skillet. Add green pepper, onions and garlic; cook several minutes longer. Add remaining ingredients. Turn into casserole dish and bake about 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
