RASPBERRY CORDIAL 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. water
1 qt. raspberries
1/5 gin
3 glass quart container
Screw tops

Make a simple syrup of 1 1/2 cup sugar and 1 1/2 cups water. Divide 1 quart raspberries evenly in bottom of jars. Divide hot syrup evenly in the jars.

Divide 1/2 of gin evenly in jars. Finish filling with hot water. Top tightly. In about a month you can sample. You can use other berries.
