2 lg. cans chunk pineapple (including 1/2 of juice)
4 c. bread cubes
1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. cream

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and beat. Add pineapple, cream and bread cubes. Mix and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Nice with baked ham.
