SPANISH SOUP 
1 lb. ground beef or turkey
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (16 oz.) can mixed vegetables
1 (10 oz.) can tomatoes
1 (13 oz.) can Spanish rice
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 (17 oz.) can cream style corn

Brown ground beef and onion. In large stockpot, put all ingredients, cover. Simmer for 1 hour. Serves 6.
