EGG AND SAUSAGE BAKE 
1 1/2 lbs. pork sausage, bacon, pork links or wieners
9 eggs
3 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. salt & dry mustard
3 slices white bread, cubed
1 1/2 c. grated mild cheese

Brown sausage, fry bacon or pork links or cut up wieners. Drain off fat. Beat eggs in large bowl, add milk, mustard and cubed bread. Stir in cheese and sausage. Put into greased 9"x13" pan. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting. Serves 8 to 10.
