1 stick real butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 stick butter

Boil for 3 minutes. Cover jelly roll pan or large cake pan with waverly crackers.

Sprinkle with 1/2 cup chopped pecans (or pecans may be added to butter mix). Pour butter mix over crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for about 5 minutes or just until crackers are light brown. WATCH CAREFULLY!
