OLD TIME POTATO SALAD DRESSING 
3 level tbsp. flour
3 heaping tbsp. sugar
1 c. milk
2 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp. French's mustard
1 tsp. butter
1/4 tsp. salt

Stir ingredients together until thick. Thin to desired thickness, alternating Pet milk and vinegar. This is the recipe we had for potato salad when I was young as mayonnaise was not on the market yet. Try it; you might like it.
