CAULIFLOWER SALAD 
1 head cauliflower
1 c. radishes, sliced
1/2 c. green onion, chopped
1 pkg. HIDDEN VALLEY® dry dressing mix
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. mayonnaise

Wash and prepare raw vegetables. Cauliflower should be broken into bite size flowerettes.

Mix vegetables together. Prepare dressing mix. Pour over vegetables. Toss lightly. Refrigerate.
