LASAGNA 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 beef bouillon cube
2 tsp. Italian seasoning salt
1/4 c. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cottage cheese
8 lasagne noodles
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 eggs, well beaten
1 (4 oz.) pkg. pepperoni, sliced

Brown meat and onion. Add parsley flakes, bouillon cube, all seasonings, paste and sauce. Simmer 30 minutes. Combine sour cream, cream cheese, cottage cheese and eggs. Spoon a small amount of meat sauce into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Layer with noodles, cheese mixture, pepperoni, sauce and Mozzarella cheese, alternately. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
