GRITS - AU - GRATIN | |
Quaker Quick Grits 1 lb. Old English sharp processed cheese, grated 3 eggs 1 1/2 sticks butter/oleo 2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. Tabasco 2 tbsp. chopped parsley Follow package directions for grits, except use 5 cups water in place of 4. Cook about 8 minutes. Add in cheese, beaten eggs, butter, salt, Tabasco and parsley. Mix together well. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 250 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. |
