GREEK SALAD 
1 head Romaine lettuce, broken into bite-sized pieces
3/4 of a brick of feta cheese (5 oz.) crumbled
3/4 can whole pitted med. black olives
1-2 tomatoes cut in 8ths and then cut in half
1 tbsp. oregano leaves
1 tsp. anchovy paste
3-4 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
3-5 tbsp. vinegar

Mix oregano leaves, anchovy paste, olive oil and vinegar together. Then toss with salad.
