STEAMED HAM LOAF 
2 lbs. ground meat (1 part ham plus 2 parts veal)
2 eggs
Cracker crumbs
Milk to desired consistency

SAUCE:

6 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Put loaf mixture in tin cans and set them in water in a large container with a lid. Steam for at least 2 hours. Remove from cans while hot and top with sauce.
