CHUCK ROAST SPECIAL | |
1 (4 lb. or 5 lb.) chuck or blade cut beef roast 1 can mushroom soup 1 pkg. onion soup mix 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce or soy sauce Salt & pepper Lay roast in double wrap or aluminum foil. Spoon mushroom soup on top of roast and sprinkle dry soup and other seasonings on top. Wrap tightly in foil; forming sort of tent. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 275 degrees and bake 4 hours longer. |
