MACARONI CASSEROLE 
2 c. uncooked macaroni
10 oz. pkg. sharp cheese, grated
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 c. mayonnaise
1 sm. can pimientos with liquid
Ritz crackers, crushed

Cook macaroni until tender. Combine the rest of the ingredients except crackers. Sprinkle crackers and melted butter on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes.
