MACARONI CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
Garlic salt
8 oz. pkg. creamettes
1 (16 oz.) can tomato soup
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 (32 oz.) can whole tomatoes
1 chopped lg. onion
Salt & pepper
Oregano, 2 tsp. or more
1 sm. pkg. Velveeta

Cook Creamettes 6-8 minutes. Drain. Brown beef with onion using very little vegetable oil. Drain excess grease from ground beef and onion mixture. Add other ingredients. Simmer 10 minutes.

Place in casserole with cooked creamettes. Top[ with slices of very thin Velveeta cheese. Bake in slow oven, 200-225 degrees until cheese is melted. 1 can of sliced mushrooms may be added to mixture if desired.
