PUMPKIN BREAD 
3 1/2 c. sifted enriched all-purpose flour
3 c. sugar
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. allspice
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. canned or cooked pumpkin
4 eggs
5/8 c. water (1/2 c. plus 1 tbsp.)
1 c. salad oil

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine dry ingredients. Make well in mixture and add remaining ingredients; mix. Pour into two 9x5x3 inch greased, floured bread pans and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
