2 c. sugar
1 c. Wesson oil or cooking oil
1/4 c. brown sugar (light or dark)
3 c. plain flour
1 c. chopped pecans
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. chopped apples (Delicious)
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking powder

Mix all dry ingredients, sift, add liquid; add apples, nuts, eggs and flavoring. Grease tube pan and dust with flour. Cook for 1 hour and 20 minutes in 300 degree preheated oven.
