COCKTAIL REUBENS 
36 slices cocktail or party size rye or pumpernickel bread
Thousand Island dressing or mayonnaise
4 oz. thinly sliced cooked corned beef
1 c. DRAINED sauerkraut
6 slices process Swiss cheese

Spread each slice with dressing or mayonnaise. Top with a thin slice cheese and thin slice of corned beef and cover with a teaspoon of very well drained sauerkraut. Place on baking sheet and bake for 6 to 8 minutes until cheese melts and reubens are heated through. To make ahead: Make ahead as directed. Cover with plastic wrap or foil and refrigerate. Put into preheated oven when ready to serve.
