1 box graham crackers 1 (8 oz.) whipped cream 1 lg. instant vanilla pudding (French vanilla is best) 1/2 can dark chocolate frosting Prepare instant pudding according to directions but use only 1/2 the milk called for. Fold in whipped cream. Using a large casserole dish cover the bottom with a layer of graham crackers. Add a layer of pudding mixture. Alternate layers of crackers and pudding. Should have 4 layers of crackers and 3 layers of pudding. End with crackers and spread chocolate on top. Sprinkle with nuts if desired. Refrigerate overnight or for several hours. |
