1 qt. fresh strawberries
1 qt. buttermilk
1 qt. milk (1 - 2% okay)
3 c. sugar
1 lemon, juiced

Puree strawberries and put into large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix together until well blended.

Pour into ice cream freezer and freeze according to manufacturer's directions. Makes about 1 gallon.
