QUICK CHICKEN | |
2 tbsp. oil 1 tbsp. butter 1 chopped bell pepper 1 chopped onion 2 med. tomatoes, chopped 1 zucchini squash Chicken breast skinless In skillet heat oil ad butter, when hot add chicken breast. Cook until brown and done. You may slice breast thinly or cook whole. After chicken breast are done remove from pan. Add vegetables and stir fry. Add chicken breast back to skillet with stir fried vegetables until warm. Pour over rice. This takes about 15 to 20 minutes you may use any vegetables. |
