3 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 c. cold water
Corn (shucked and silked)

Blanch corn until cob will bend. Put in ice water. Cut off cob and pack in cartons. Mix sugar, salt, and water and pour this brine over the corn. Freeze. This freezes good on the cob also.
