RICE WITH CHILI PEPPERS AND
CHEESE
 
1 c. rice
2 c. sour cream
Salt to taste
1 can chopped green chilies
Butter
1/2 c. Parmesan shredded cheese
8 oz. Colby - Jack shredded cheese
Cayenne pepper

Cook rice as directed. Combine rice and sour cream and season. Spread 1/2 mixture in buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle cheese and chilies. Top with remaining rice and dot with butter. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and cayenne pepper. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes. Serve immediately.
