RHUBARB NUT BREAD 
2/3 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. sour or buttermilk
2 3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. diced rhubarb
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg

GLAZE:

1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. melted butter
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix all above ingredients. Put glaze on dough before baking. Bake in 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
