ROBERTA'S MEXICAN SPREAD 
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
8 oz. sour cream
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1/2 head lettuce, chopped
2 lg. tomatoes, chopped and drained well
Cheddar cheese, grated
Jalapeno peppers, chopped
Nacho chips

Beat together cream cheese, sour cream, and taco seasoning with an electric mixer. Spread 1/4 inch thick on a large platter or jelly roll pan. Sprinkle with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and peppers. Serve with nacho chips.

It goes fast! You may want to make two trays.
