HIDDEN VALLEY® RANCH MEATBALLS 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 pkg. HIDDEN VALLEY® milk recipe original Ranch salad dressing mix
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. beef broth

Combine ground beef and salad dressing mix. Shape into meatballs. Melt butter in a skillet and brown meatballs on all sides. Add broth. Cover and simmer until cooked through (10 to 15 minutes). Serve warm with toothpicks. Makes 2 dozen.
