20 soda crackers, crushed
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. nuts
3 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Add baking powder and nuts to crushed crackers. Beat the 3 egg whites and add 1 cup sugar and the vanilla. Fold egg mixture into the crackers and bake at 325 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Use 9 x 12 inch pan or if a higher descent is preferred, use a 9 x 9 inch pan.
