EASY CHEESY CAKE | |
1 sm. pkg. Jell-O, lemon, lime or orange 1 c. chilled Milnot 1 c. sugar Mix Jell-O with 1 cup hot water; set aside to cool but not "set". Whip Milnot until stiff. Add Jell-O (cooled). Blend in cream cheese and sugar until creamed. Mix with Jell-O/Milnot mixture and pour into graham cracker crust. (2x2 inch or pie size) GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST: Mash crackers finely. Melt butter and blend with crackers until sticky. Line pan with crust and fill with mixture. Save some to sprinkle over top. Chill until firm. |
