WHITE PIZZA | |
1 lb. pizza dough 4-6 cloves garlic, chopped finely 1/4 c. olive oil 1/2 lb. shredded Mozzarella Oregano, basil and salt to taste Sliced onion Oil pizza pan lightly and spread pizza dough. Allow to rest about 20 minutes and spread again, this time making a wide and high edge. Meanwhile, heat the oil and add the chopped garlic. Cook until light brown. Be careful; it burns quickly. Spread Mozzarella over pizza crust. Sprinkle on oregano, basil and salt to your own taste. Spoon garlic from oil and spread as evenly as possible. Then drizzle oil over all. Add sliced onion on top. Bake at 450 degrees for about 20 to 22 minutes. Watch carefully, should be nicely browned, but not burned! |
