EASY DROP DANISH ROLLS 
2 c. biscuit mix
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. butter
2/3 c. milk
Favorite jam

GLAZE:

2/3 c. confectioners' sugar
1 tbsp. warm water
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix biscuit mix and sugar. Cut in the butter until like coarse crumbs. Add milk all at once. Stir quickly with fork just until dough follows fork around the bowl.

Drop 1 tablespoon of dough on greased cookie sheet with 2 inches between rolls. Put a thumb print in each and fill print with 1/4 teaspoon jam. Bake until golden 10-15 minutes at 400 degrees. While warm, drizzle with glaze.
