2 lb. sweet potatoes
1/4 c. orange juice
1/2 c. brown sugar
Sm. marshmallows

Boil sweet potatoes 1/2 hour and peel. Cut in thin slices. Mix brown sugar and orange juice for glaze. Alternate sweet potatoes, glaze and marshmallows in casserole dish. Mix slightly and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
