CARAMEL APPLE CRUNCH PIE 
5-6 c. sliced apples
2/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Dash salt
8-10 chopped caramels
Pastry for 9" pie

TOPPING:

1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Dash cinnamon

Prepare 9 inch crust. Mix filling ingredients and pour into crust. Cut butter into dry topping ingredients and sprinkle over apples. Bake at 375 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Delicious warm with ice cream.
