CALZONES 
1 c. part skim ricotta cheese
3 1/2 oz. mozzarella, shredded
2 oz. Canadian bacon, diced
1/2 oz. grated Parmesan
1 tbsp. parsley & basil
1/4 tsp. oregano
Dash pepper
1 can refrigerated all ready pizza crust dough (10 oz.)

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Combine all ingredients except dough and set aside. Divide dough in 5 equal parts (2 ounces each). Roll each portion into an 8 x 6 inch rectangle 1/8 inch thick. Spoon 1/5 of cheese mixture (about 1/3 cup) onto center of each rectangle. Enclose filling by folding each rectangle in half, brining one side to meet the other. Using a fork, seal the edges. Cut a slit on top of each. Transfer to nonstick baking sheet and bake until lightly browned 15-20 minutes.
