(CIO HUFF'S) GRAHAM CRACKER PIE 
c. milk
1 envelope Knox gelatin
1 c. sugar
3 eggs, separated
12 graham crackers, crushed fine
1 c. whipped cream (do not substitute Cool Whip)

Soak gelatin in 1/3 cup of milk. Put remaining milk in double boiler. Beat egg yolks with sugar and mix with milk. Cook until the mixture coats spoon. Add soaked gelatin. Beat egg white stiff and add to mixture. Let cool, then add whipped cream. Butter baking dish; cover bottom with graham crackers. Pour in mixture and cover mixture with crushed 6 graham crackers. Put in refrigerator. Double recipe makes one 13 x 9 inch pan full.
