GINGER COOKIES 
1 c. white sugar
1 c. molasses
1 c. lard
1/2 c. warm coffee
2 tsp. ginger
2 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda

Combine all with enough flour to make a soft dough, enough to roll. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
