CHEESY SMOKED FILLETS OF CATFISH 
1 tbsp. liquid smoke
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. paprika
1 tsp. freshly ground pepper
1 tbsp. Accent
Catfish fillets

Add liquid smoke to Parmesan cheese, paprika, freshly ground pepper and Accent. Rub together until well blended. Place fillets on cookie sheet and spoon the Parmesan cheese crumbs over the fillets, spreading crumbles evenly over the fish. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Garnish and serve with your favorite sauce. Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
