FRESH BROCCOLI SALAD 
2 lg. bunches fresh broccoli
10 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
2/3 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
1/2 c. cashew nuts

Peel tough stems and chop broccoli into small pieces. Combine with bacon, raisins and onions.

In small bowl, mix mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar. Pour over broccoli mix, toss and chill at least 2 hours. Just before serving, add cashew nuts and toss again.
