QUICK CARROT CREAM CHEESE BARS 
1/3 c. oil
3 eggs
15 oz. jar (1 2/3 c. applesauce)
1 pkg. Pillsbury Plus carrot cake mix
1 c. raisins
1 can Pillsbury ready to spread cream cheese frosting supreme
1/2 c. chopped nuts (if desired)

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 15 x 10 inch or 2 (8 or 9 inch). In large bowl, blend oil, eggs and applesauce 1 minute at low speed. Add cake mix; blend until moistened. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Stir in raisins. Pour into prepared pan and spread evenly.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely. Frost with cream cheese frosting. Sprinkle with nuts. Makes 36 bars.
