PEPPERED POTATOES 
6-8 med. potatoes
2 med. onions
Salt
Pepper (black)
1 stick butter

In baking dish, melt butter in 350-400 degree oven. Dice potatoes in cubes. Dice onions. Place in melted butter and stir. Add salt to taste. Add an extra amount of pepper to this to give it a hot spicy taste. Cook until potatoes are well done, stirring once about middle of baking. The edges will brown. Cook about 45 minutes.
